Apple cider vinegar has been used for centuries and is called a “wonder drug”. Why? It helps cure almost everything!

Internal use

Use it in marinades and salads.
Start a morning routine where you mix one tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of water and drink it directly when you wake up. If the taste is too strong for you, add a teaspoon of honey.

External use

Mix one part of apple cider vinegar and 3-4 parts of water. Apply to skin with a cotton pad. You can just leave it on skin, or rinse it after about 20 minutes.
This improves the skin tone and helps fight skin problems such as acne.

Where to find it?

Make sure that you buy organic and unfiltered vinegar. It is brownish in color and does not have a very clear consistence. The processed and filtered vinegar that is sold in supermarkets does not have any of these good properties and is therefore useless.

If you don’t yet have ginger in your health toolbox, it is time to add it now. Ginger is a magical root with many good qualities, and it will help you clean and wake your system up.

Take a two inch piece of ginger, remove bark. Slice it into several pieces and put them into a cup. Add boiling water, a table spoon of honey and a squeeze of lemon.
